Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipstick in Windsor Rose

Howdy people,
How is everyone today? All well I hope. If you haven't already entered my MAC giveaway you can enter here.
So my post today is going to be a lipstick range that's been out a while but I've just not picked up one or tried them out until a week or so ago and I'll tell you straight away I think I've found my favourite formulation of lipstick! That's a big statement to make I know but I've been loving it so much. The range is available at most Maybelline stockists and comes in a range of colours. They are around £5.99 but I picked mine up from eBay for £1.99. The colour I got was Windsor Rose which is a really lovely dusky pink.
The lipsticks come in red or gold plastic cases. Nothing flashy, standard for drug store lipstick packaging. Keeps the product safe and seems sturdy enough to do the job. I'm to see one packaged in the gold case yet but I know they do some in gold too.

            What Maybelline say
"Take lip color to the max with Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipcolor. The anti-feathering, anti-bleeding formula smothers your lips in Extremely bold colour that is bound to get you noticed. Moisture Extreme Lipstick is one you wont want to miss.
Active power of a lip balm provides deep moisturization for voluptuous lips drenched in color. 56 sumptuous shades across every shade family to complement all skin tones. Non-feathering and non-bleeding. SPF 15 protection"
What I say
Like I said in the intro, I love this lipstick and have already ordered some more in different shades. It  goes on so soft and creamy like a balm but has the colour of a lipstick that is also buildable. They contain Jojoba Oil and Shea Butter which is clear by how they glide so smoothly onto the lips. They last around 2 hours which is normal for any lipstick on me. They remind me a little of my YSL Rouge Volupte's minus the fancy packaging and they hefty price tag. If you love lipsticks that offer the moisture of a lip balm but the intense colour of a lipstick then these are for you.

Round up
Price - £5.99 which is a good price but can be found even cheaper on eBay/Amazon.
Coverage - The feel of a balm but the colour of a lipstick. Creamy and moisturising.
Pro's - Great price, wide range of colours and lovely hydrating formula.
Con's - Not very long lasting.
Anyone tried these? I highly recommend and at £1.99 they are a steal. I really have fallen in love with this and hope the other colours are the same formulation. I'll review these once I've got them (hopefully they arrive soon, I'm too excited!)
Oh whilst I've wrote this up my Mac parcel has arrived with my new Sheen Supreme Lipsticks from the Too Supreme Collection. Very exciting indeed, not ever tried the sheen supreme formula before so looking forward to trying them out, reviews will follow I'm sure.
That's all from me folks. Danielle x :)
